The Riverside Company’s Investment in Brothers Gutters Brings it Home for Evive Brands
The Riverside Company (Riverside), a global private investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has acquired The Brothers that just do Gutters (Brothers Gutters), a franchisor that provides gutter installation, replacement, maintenance and cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Brothers Gutters is an add-on to Evive Brands, a community of franchise brands that provide support and services to increase the well-being of its clients and those closest to them. Evive’s portfolio of brands includes Executive Home Care, Assisted Living Locators and Grasons.
“The acquisition of Brothers Gutters aligns with our strategy to extend Evive into the broader home services market,” said Riverside Micro-Cap Fund (RMCF) Managing Partner Loren Schlachet. “The extension into home services will allow Evive to address a larger segment of the U.S. residential population with a comprehensive suite of services to enhance people’s lives.”
Brothers Gutters is a rapidly growing franchisor with over 300 franchise territories offering comprehensive gutter solutions to residents and commercial customers.
This acquisition is the most recent example of the firm’s commitment to its Franchising specialization. To date, Riverside has invested in more than 50 successful franchise companies, growing them through operating expertise and strategic add-ons.
“Brothers Gutters is a market-leading franchise system of gutter solutions with an outstanding reputation for providing high-quality services,” said RMCF Senior Partner Joe Lee. “We’re very excited to add Brothers Gutters to the Evive community of brands and to continue delivering the same service quality to even more clients.”
