The Riverside Company’s Threshold Brands Seal the Deal with Latest Add-on

The Riverside Company (Riverside), a global private investor focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has invested in Miracle Method, the leading franchised provider of bath and kitchen refinishing services in the United States. This is an add-on investment to Riverside’s platform, Threshold Brands, a multi-brand franchisor of trade services concepts. With more than 180 territories, Miracle Method specializes in repairing and restoring various types of tubs, showers, flooring and countertops.

“We’re thrilled to add Miracle Method to our Threshold Brands platform, expanding our service offerings into bathroom and kitchen resurfacing services,” said Riverside Micro-Cap Fund (RMCF) Managing Partner Loren Schlachet. “Refinishing is highly complementary to Threshold’s existing home service concepts, and Miracle Method is the premier refinishing provider.”

To date, Riverside has invested in several successful franchise companies, growing them through operating expertise and strategic add-ons. Led by an experienced senior advisor, the Riverside Franchising Specialization team seeks to source and integrate add-on opportunities, drive growth and capture potential. Riverside celebrated its 50th franchise investment in November.

Miracle Method represents the 11th brand added to the Threshold Brands portfolio since the initial acquisition was made in August 2020.
