The Forum Cocktails & Dinner, hosted on Wednesday, May 13, is the pinnacle social event of the Forum. This sponsorship features a welcome sign with your logo, your logo on table tents throughout the venue, acknowledgment in printed and online agendas.

Welcome Reception Host:    $25,000
The Welcome Reception is held on Tuesday, May 12th and is the kick off social event of the Forum. The evening is set outside in the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria courtyard. This spectacular setting will also feature your logo on the welcome signage, acknowledgment in printed and online agendas and the option to host a welcome desk.

Breakfast Host:   2 Days - $12,000
Kick-start day one of the Forum by sponsoring a hearty breakfast, then re-fuel the energetic attendees at the start of day two! You receive table tents at every table, acknowledgment in printed and online agendas and a sign with your logo featured at the room entrance.

Lunch Host:    2 Days - $12,000 - RESERVED

The Forum lunches on Tuesday & Wednesday allow all attendees a great opportunity to network both days of the conference. Promotional table tents with your company logo will be featured at the lunches. You will also receive acknowledgment in the printed and online agendas and a sign with your logo featured at the room entrance.

Dinner & Airport Shuttle Sponsor:    $10,000 - RESERVED
Be the exclusive transportation provider for conference attendees on Wednesday, May 13 and Thursday, May 14. This sponsorship features your logo displayed on the signage in the shuttle boarding area and acknowledgment in printed and online agendas.

Airport shuttles will be available at the conclusion of the conference on Thursday, May 14, transporting attendees to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport

Have your logo displayed outside of the Human Capital Sessions Ballroom for two days. Also includes acknowledgement in printed and online agendas.

WiFi Sponsor:    $5,000 - RESERVED 
Offer attendees the opportunity to interact with your branded WiFi network on their mobile devices throughout the event. You will have your name listed as the WiFi sponsor and the password will feature your name. Your logo will be included on branded WiFi cards throughout the event meeting spaces.

AGENDA OVERVIEW

All sponsorship packages include complimentary access to the forum general session and meals at the conference for two representatives unless otherwise noted. Sponsors are acknowledged in electronic conference communications leading up to and during the event. All sponsors have access to preferred hotel rates at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria of $179 per night plus taxes and fees (dependent on availability).
