DoseLogix joins Team Technologies platform

The Riverside Company has added DoseLogix to its Team Technologies platform. DoseLogix designs and markets metered dosing dispensers and applicators to compound pharmacies for use with topical medications. Team Technologies manufacturers a variety of consumable dental, cosmetic and medical products.

DoseLogix sells its patented dispensers under the Topi-Click brand. Its innovative design is superior to competitors’ because it eliminates transference issues associated with hand application and ensures extremely accurate dosing of medications for hormone replacement therapy and other conditions in both the human and veterinary medical markets.

Working with Kriscunas and Richards on the deal for Riverside were Vice President Jason Fulton, Associate Harrison Petts and Operating Partner George Benson. Origination Principal Jim Butterfield sourced the deal for Riverside, and Partner Anne Hayes helped secure the incremental financing.

Jones Day and KPMG supported the transaction as the legal counsel and accounting advisor, respectively. Antares and Ares provided incremental financing for the acquisition.
