Graham Hearns works closely with Riverside’s executive leadership, with a particular focus on running Riverside’s management team. He interfaces with the Co-CEOs daily, helping craft and implement strategic initiatives. Additionally, Mr. Hearns leads the marketing and communications and human resource efforts at The Riverside Company, a global investment firm. His responsibilities include media relations, web strategy, advertising, marketing, event management, and human capital management and development.
Prior to Riverside, Mr. Hearns spent nearly 10 years at IMG, a global sports marketing firm, with dual responsibilities as Vice President for the Motorsports Division, as well as the Exposition Division, where he directed several different grand prix races and special events. He holds a BS from Miami University.
