Pam joined Riverside in 2006 as COO and she serves as Vice Chairman. In this capacity, she monitors and manages policy, political and legislative risk for Riverside and its portfolio companies. She also supervises several of Riverside’s funds and sits on the Riverside Investment Council. Riverside is a global multi-strategy private equity firm that partners with small companies to provide both financial and intellectual capital designed to help them grow. Prior to joining Riverside, she served for 22 years at JP Morgan Chase with senior roles in both the Real Estate Division and the Private Bank.
She is Chairman of the Board of the American Investment Council, is a member of the board for Accordion Technologies, a member of the Aon M&A Advisory Board and is a Trustee of the National Humanities Center, where she chairs the audit committee.
Pam earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Public Policy and History from Duke University.
